A monthly somatic support group for those seeking tools, practices, resources, space, community and empathetic witnessing. Have you been through a major loss or life transition? Examples: Job / Marriage / Death / Relationship Loss Are you having a tough time feeling connected to your body? Have you been seeking space to share / be held / express yourself / find connection and inspiration? The goal of this group is to have a monthly space where people can gather in community to process life’s weight and wait…from the potential heaviness or stuckness that can come during uncertain times to the struggle to discern whether or not to take action on something for fear of judgment, failure or survival mode. No end, only more offers a safe space to expand and contract and everything in between - an inclusive, consent-driven, trauma-informed space for open hearted shares and embodiment tools and resources to learn, explore and take with you. This offering is named after a line from one of my sister’s poems, “there is no end, there is only more”, referring to the energy of love, vitality and creativity and it’s far reaching, undeniable power of connection to ourselves, others and the collective. What if all that energy that feels heavy or stuck or numb or blocked or overwhelming has a space to be honored, processed and alchemized? Join me for this monthly somatic support group, facilitated by me and created with you through alchemy in motion. You are not alone. Let’s re-member. Together.
